Ogdensburg History Walk

Have you ever wondered about the stories behind the beautiful homes and buildings on Washington St.? Now is your chance to find out with the Walk and Talk tour, a unique walking tour that will take you on a journey through the rich history of Ogdensburg.

Led by City Historian Julie Madlin, the tour will focus on the homes, buildings, and prominent people who once lived on Washington St. Participants will meet on the steps of the Ogdensburg Public Library on July 22nd at 6pm for a 1.5 hour tour covering a distance of about one mile.

This tour is not just for tourists, but also for locals who may have returned to Ogdensburg for class reunions or the Seaway International Festival. It's a great opportunity to learn about the city's past and discover what you didn't learn in school.
